Personalized Name Scarf. Here is a hand knitted, personalized cotton scarf that's a little different, something that will make you feel special, and will really stand out. The Personalized Name Scarf is hand knitted just for you from pure cotton yarn, in your choice of 49 wonderful colors. Go ahead and select your school's colors, your organization's colors, or your own personal favorites. The Personalized Name Scarf can be custom knitted with your first name in upper case letters which run vertically along the length of the scarf, hand knitted right into the design. Of course, this custom designed cotton scarf is not limited to the use of only a first name. You could also choose to have it personalized with a nickname hand knitted into the design of the scarf, or the name of a school, university, club or organization. Use your imagination! It makes a great birthday or holiday gift, or have one hand knitted just for yourself. Machine wash/dry.

Unlike a wool scarf, which can be so itchy all over your neck and too warm when you are in the car or shopping in a store, the pure cotton Personalized Name Scarf is smooth, soft and comfortable. When the season is over, just toss it into the wash - no dry cleaning bills, ever.

Shown in the photo below in shades of chestnut (a rich, warm shade of dark brown) with lettering in dark beige, the Personalized Name Scarf has the name hand knitted right into the design. The Personalized Name Scarf shown in the photo is size "traditional" (7" X 60"). The gentleman who ordered this scarf wanted to give it as a holiday gift to a dear friend whose nickname is "VEECK-O". What exactly does "VEECK-O" mean? I never did find out.

Here's another scarf, also size "Traditional" (7" X 60"), which was ordered by the same gentleman, also to be given as a holiday gift, to someone who's nickname is "TRAIN". (No, I didn't find out anything about this person's nickname, either!) This scarf is knitted in natural ivory, with chestnut (a rich, warm shade of dark brown) used for the lettering:

Here's another Personalized Name Scarf, shown in black with denim lettering, this time knitted with a nickname, "K.authoR". I am told that this nickname "K.authoR", with its eccentric style of spelling, was given to a certain gentleman as a teenager, and has stayed with him for many, many years. The scarf was given as a Christmas present, and was very much appreciated. This scarf has black and denim fringed ends. (Yes, I will put fringe on your scarf, if you ask me. There is a small extra charge, $10.00, for this labor intensive end treatment. That's a lot of little yarn ends to cut and tie off.)

You may prefer a different size scarf than the size shown in these two photos. There are three full sizes from which to choose, as well as two children's sizes:

Skinny scarf, size 4" X 78", price $49

Scarves are also available in two smaller sizes, for children:

Because the scarf will be hand knitted just for you, it is possible to have your scarf knitted in any length and width you want - all you have to do is ask! Please send me an email with your special request.

Custom knitting takes 3-4 weeks, depending on my schedule. (I'll let you know the exact delivery date when I confirm your order.) Your order will be shipped via Priority Mail (48 hour delivery). FedEx overnight delivery is also available upon request. MasterCard, Visa, Discover, PayPal, personal checks and money orders are OK.
