Double Striped.  A new twist on a classic striped design, the crewneck pullover sweater shown below is hand knitted in loden (a very dark shade of forest green) and black 100% pure cotton.  The striped pattern on the sweater is maximized for dramatic visual impact.  Instead of standard ribbed edges at the bottom and cuffs of the sweater, the hand knitted sweater design has simple, straight hemmed edges, for a non-restrictive fit.  Note the drop-shoulder sleeves, with a roomy, casual fit.  This hand knitted striped sweater is perfect for casual get-togethers with friends, weekends at the lake or seashore, or any time you want to wear a scrunchy-soft, itch-free, comfortable and relaxed sweater.  It can be knitted just for you in your two favorite colors!  Suitable for children, and for men and women.  Machine wash/dry.

The photo below shows just the neckline and shoulder of the sweater, where the sleeve joins the body.  Note the drop shoulder sleeve style of this hand knitted striped sweater, which joins the body of the sweater with a straight seam, rather than a set-in sleeve, which has a curved seam.  If you prefer, you can choose to have the sweater custom knitted just for you with a different type of sleeve (set-in sleeves are the type most commonly found in today's clothing).
